• The refund request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Technical issues that we cannot resolve are primary grounds for refunds.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card/PayPal).

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately in our system. However, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account statement.
